My name is Glenn Allen Ball and I have been sculpting and painting since the age of 15. My first love was sculpture. I began working in clay, then went on to plaster, working by modeling the plaster with various tools and eventually creating blocks from which I would carve. I have always worked figuratively.

Art Classes

Mr Ball has been teaching open air classes in water color technique for the past 5 years in various locations in Italy, Rome, Florence, Assisi and his own home in Agello near Lake Trasimeno.

Classes last approximately 3 hours, include a brief presentation of the history of water color and a one to one attention and guidance, in a tranquil "plain air" (outdoor) environment, conducive to the creative sensibilities. These sessions are particularly geared to the novice, to introduce them to a "hands on" experience that is sadly missing in our technology driven culture. A focus on presentness and being in the moment, fostering attention and consciousness of the "now".

Classes accommodate from 15 to 54 students

Smaller bookings are also available at Mr Ball's home for sculpture techniques, stone carving and water color.
